Mohamad Idros bin Mosin, a Malaysian aged 54, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Trustee-Manager, appointed on 21 July 2025.

Before joining PMSB, he served as Executive Director of PROLINTAS Group of Companies since August 2024 before stepping down to join PMSB. In addition to his role as CEO, he also serves as a Non-Independent Executive Director of the Trustee-Manager, having been appointed to the Board on 1 July 2025.

Prior to PROLINTAS, Encik Mohamad Idros was Group Head, Real Estate at Permodalan Nasional Berhad (“PNB”), where he led and oversaw PNB’s real estate investments and operations, including land banking activities, developments projects (notably Merdeka 118), investment properties, hospitality, turnaround assets in Malaysia, and international property and real estate funds.

Earlier, he was Group Head of Strategic Investments at PNB, focusing on formulating and implementing value creation initiatives for PNB’s public-listed strategic and core investee companies.

During his tenure in PNB, Encik Mohamad Idros was involved in various assignments, including developing and evaluating value enhancement strategies for strategic investments across sectors such as automotive, chemical, infrastructure, logistics, oil & gas, plantation, property and pharmaceuticals.

He has also served as a board representative for PNB on several companies, including Sime Darby Berhad, Sime Darby Property Sdn Bhd, ValueCap Sdn Berhad, SJM Flex (M) Sdn Berhad, and Ansell N P Sdn Bhd. Encik Mohamad Idros holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia, an Executive Diploma in Investment Analysis from Universiti Teknologi MARA, and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute Australasia. He completed the Malaysia-China Economics Programme at Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management in Beijing and the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in Boston.

En. Azmee Bin Nin, a Malaysian aged 64, is the General Manager (Highway Operations) of the Trustee-Manager.

En. Azmee obtained a Diploma in Building from the then Institut Teknologi MARA, Malaysia in 1984. He then graduated in 1990 from Glasgow College of Technology, Scotland with a Bachelor of Science in Building.

En. Azmee has over 35 years of experience in the engineering and infrastructure industry. He started his career at Ingeback (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Technical Assistant from 1984 to 1987. He then went to pursue a Bachelor of Science in Building at the Glasgow College of Technology before returning to Ingeback (M) Sdn. Bhd. in 1990 where he worked as Site Manager up till 1991.

From 1991 to 1994, he joined Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Berhad as a Senior Technical Executive and was later promoted to Section Manager (Operations) in 1994, Regional Manager in 1996, Senior Manager (Project Management) in 1998, Senior Manager (Toll Department) in 2000, and subsequently Assistant General Manager (Traffic Safety) in 2003, up to 2005.

From 2006 to 2007, he was appointed as General Manager of Linkedua (M) Sdn. Bhd. and ELITE Expressway (M) Sdn. Bhd.. He joined PLUS BKSP Toll Limited in 2008 as an Operations Director and was appointed as Executive Director in 2009 and held the position up to 2010, where he was responsible for, among others, managing the entire operations and maintenance of the highway, managing project refinancing with the local banks and reporting to the board of directors.

From 2010 to 2013, he was appointed as the Chief Executive Director of Indu Navayuga Infra Project Pvt. Ltd., where he developed and implemented strategic and operational plans as well as managed the project refinancing of the corporation.

From 2013 to 2016, he joined Projek Lebuhraya Usahama Bhd. as a Senior General Manager and Project Director, managing and overseeing the construction of a new interchange and lane widening works.

Later from 2016 to 2018, he joined Lebuhraya Borneo Utara as Head Project Management and was appointed as Head of Operations and Maintenance and General Manager in 2018 up to 2019. During his tenure with Lebuhraya Borneo Utara, he led the construction of the Pan Borneo Highway in Sarawak and led the project planning and management team for the project. In the period of 2019 to 2020, he was mainly engaged in freelance advisory work.

He was subsequently appointed as General Manager of the PLKH Group in 2021. His responsibility includes, among others, the management of the highway operations, toll collection, and traffic safety and maintenance of the highways under the group. He also oversees human capital management and highway development works. On 1 January 2024, he has resigned from his position in PLKH and immediately assumed the position as General Manager (Highway Operations) of the Trustee-Manager on the same date.

En. Latif bin Ibrahim, a 45-year-old Malaysian, is the Financial Controller, having been appointed to the position on 14 September 2026. Prior to his appointment, he was the Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance of the Trustee-Manager. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM) and is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). En. Latif is also a member of the Harvard Business School Alumni Club of Malaysia (HBSACM) and has completed the ASEAN Senior Management Development Program.

En. Latif has over 20 years of experience across financial management, accounting, corporate finance, treasury, strategic planning and investor relations. He began his career with Boustead Holdings Berhad in 2005 as a Management Trainee and subsequently progressed through various finance roles, including Accounts Executive and Assistant Accountant within the Group Finance division, where he gained experience in financial reporting, accounting and group finance functions.

In December 2009, he joined PLKH Group, where he held progressively senior roles across finance and corporate finance. During his tenure with the Group, he was involved in financial reporting and analysis, budgeting and business planning, treasury and funding management, financial modelling, capital management and the evaluation of the Group’s financial performance and funding requirements. He also played a key role in supporting management on financial and strategic matters, including the assessment of funding structures, cash flow requirements and long-term financial sustainability of the Group and its infrastructure projects.

Alongside his broader financial management responsibilities, En. Latif led and supported numerous major corporate finance initiatives involving multi-billion-ringgit fundraising, refinancing, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He was instrumental in the financial close of several significant infrastructure projects involving equity funding, government support financing, sukuk programmes and syndicated term financing. His experience also encompasses valuation analysis, due diligence, financial modelling and the structuring and securing of Islamic financing from leading financial institutions.

On 1 April 2024, En. Latif was transferred from PLKH Group to the Trustee-Manager as Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance. In this role, he was responsible for corporate finance initiatives and investor relations matters, including engagement with investors, analysts, financial institutions, regulators and other key stakeholders.

With his appointment as Financial Controller on 14 September 2026, En. Latif brings to the role an extensive combination of financial management, accounting and corporate finance experience, together with a strong understanding of the Group’s businesses and financial structure. His experience in working closely with senior management, Boards of Directors, financial institutions, investors and government stakeholders supports the Trustee-Manager in maintaining sound financial management, governance and long-term financial sustainability.
